Community Celebrates Clean Energy Milestone
With a ceremonial ribbon cutting, the town of Windham officially welcomed its newest solar panel installation at Nesmith Library.
The state-of-the-art system, consisting of over 500 panels, is expected to generate enough electricity to cover the library's entire energy needs and provide additional power to the grid. This marks a significant step towards the town's goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050.
