Dennys Closing 15 Restaurants But Ceo Boasts Way To Bring Customers Back

Denny's Shuts Down Locations, More Closures Anticipated

Restaurant Chain Experiences Decline, Faces Uncertain Future

Denny's Closing More Restaurants Despite Reviving Value Menu

Denny's, the popular American fast food restaurant chain, has announced the closure of 15 of its locations. The closures, which occurred between April and June, are part of a larger trend of declining sales for the company. In 2022, Denny's shut down a staggering 57 restaurants.

The CEO of Denny's, Kelli Valade, has warned that more closures may be on the horizon. She cited "unforeseeable business circumstances prompted by..." as the reason for the closures.

Despite the setbacks, Denny's is attempting to revive its value menu in an effort to attract customers. The company believes that reintroducing classic meal deals will boost revenue. However, it remains to be seen whether this strategy will be successful in stemming the tide of closures.

The closures have impacted employees and communities across the country. In New York alone, Denny's is permanently closing 15 stores, resulting in the layoff of 524 workers. The specific locations of the closed restaurants include Medford, Oregon; Columbia, South Carolina; and Sacramento, California.
